50% Zinfandel; 20% Syrah; 20% Grenache; 10% Carignane. Its aromas are not without a fair sense of fruit even if that fruit is a little anonymous rather than specific, but, in the mouth, this mid-sized take on Rosé is riper, fruitier and more substantial than its comparatively mild aromas advertise it to be. It hints here and there at minerals and chalk, especially in its finish which shows a muted suggestion of red-wine tactile grip, yet it is not undone by astringency and the minor measure it has affords it with the backbone to work quite nicely with somewhat richer foods that ask for a more structured wine.
