Atost Aperitif

This limited-edition release brings together the vibran, fruit-forward world of atōst with the winemaking heritage of J Dusi. Rested in a hand-selected J Dusi Zinfandel barrel for rich oak, spice, and depth - a one of a kind aperitif born from Paso Robles Wine Country.

Hand-numbered and drawn from a single, exclusive barrel, each bottle carries its own unique character - making it both a collector's piece and a pour meant to be savored slowly.

Our limited-edition collab is a bit of a unicorn: one per order and no discounts, but totally worth the sparkle!

One of our favorite ways to enjoy this limited release is the classic Negroni - elevated.

Fireside Negroni

Warm oak, subtle spice, and bright California fruit come together with gin and sweet vermouth for a Negroni that’s beautifully familiar, yet unmistakably atost.

It’s as simple as:

1 oz atost x J Dusi
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Gin

Instructions:

In a mixing glass, combine atost, gin, and sweet vermouth. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain over large ice cubes in a rocks glass. Garnish with a fresh orange peel.
