The J Dusi Grappa is derived from the Zinfandel grape skins of the Dante Dusi Vineyard. The skins are kept extremely fresh after the last pressload of the harvest season and taken to a double in-line still for distillation. This Grappa is pure, fresh and exuding the essence of Zinfandel! 375mL - 40% ABV
